2) Always Install Pedestal AC in Data center for secure flow of Air.
3) Service the Servers in every 6 months
4) Routine Check for Backups of System, Server Data, system state backup and Database backup
5) Backup should be Daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
6) Always Monitor you mail routing in your server
7) RUN Fix up to fix any corrupted databases, at server start up and as needed.
8) Monitor Administration Requests database on weekly basis.
9) Monitor Replication of server’s Daily basis
10)Always monitor server memory usage on daily basis
11) Monitor local as well as foreign storage disk space on Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis.
12) Monitor Server Load and Performance Monthly basis
13) Monitor Web server hit and request in every 10 days.
15) Monitor Email server on daily basis for spam, and filter controls and request from user as well for problem and rectification on daily basis or if it is for big organization the 24X7
16)Every week check your WSUS server for any error while applying update patches and in other server and user PC’s.
17) Check your Antivirus Server and client update in daily basis for better performance of network.
18) USE Network management tools for maintaining your network and user.
19) Always filter and monitor your Security device like UTM or Firewall, IPS,IDS & Sniffer for safer and secured network.
20) Use access list in router for fast network routing and use static route.
